A restored Peranakan-influenced courtyard house in Melaka's heritage district. Hand-painted ceramic tiles, antique furniture, a central air-well, and rooftop views over the old town — all within walking distance of museums and the famous Jonker night market.

Riverside Heritage Estate

Straits Settlement Mansion
A grand colonial-era waterfront mansion, museum-quality in its restoration. Three floors with a ballroom reception hall, formal dining for 24, wrap-around verandas, and a heritage garden. Managed by a staff of eight — butler, personal chef, and event coordinator included.
